Ultra Z Astro 810mm EPO RC Jet – Three Power Options
The Ultra Z Astro is a fast and versatile EPO RC aircraft designed around a delta/flying-wing layout. Its modular design allows the same airframe to be configured for rear pusher propulsion or EDF power, making it possible to choose the setup according to your flying style.
The aircraft is designed for quick hand launching, easy transportation and stable handling across a wide speed range. It is particularly suited to intermediate and experienced RC pilots looking for a compact, fast-flying model.
Three configurations available
1. Kit Only
The airframe package for experienced builders who want to select and install their own electronics.
Includes the EPO airframe, motor mount, carbon-fibre spars, hardware and decals.
2. PNP – Tail Pusher
The rear-mounted pusher configuration provides a straightforward and efficient setup while keeping the propeller away from the nose.
Typical recommended setup uses a brushless outrunner around 2200–2350KV, 30–40A ESC, 9g servos and 3S LiPo.
3. PNP – 64mm EDF
For pilots who prefer the sound and appearance of an EDF jet, the Astro can be configured with a 64mm EDF power system.
The published configuration uses a 64mm EDF with approximately 4500KV motor and 40A ESC.
