Aeromodellingtutor Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with
your purchase. Please read our return and
refund policy carefully.

RETURNS
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer must notify us via WhatsApp or email
before returning any item

REFUNDS
- Refund processed within 7 working days
of receiving returned item
- Refund issued via original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Payment gateway charges, GST thereon and
other transaction charges are non-refundable
for customer-initiated order cancellations
- Refund amount will be processed after
deduction of applicable non-refundable charges

ORDER CANCELLATION
- Cancellation requests are subject to approval
- Cancellation request must be sent via
WhatsApp or email
- Special order or imported against order items
cannot be cancelled once procurement begins
- If Aeromodellingtutor cancels an order,
a full refund will be issued

DAMAGED ITEMS
- Report damaged items within 24 hours
of delivery with photographs
- Replacement or refund provided for
genuinely damaged items

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Special order or imported against order items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Electronic items once installed or used
