DOMESTIC SHIPPING — INDIA

All orders are shipped across India via 
reputed courier partners including DTDC, 
Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post 
depending on your location and order size.

PROCESSING TIME
- Standard products: 1–2 business days
- Special order or imported items: 
  As mentioned on product page
- Orders placed on Sunday or public 
  holidays are processed next business day

DELIVERY TIME
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote locations: 7–10 business days

SHIPPING CHARGES
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered on select 
  products or orders above a certain value
- Heavy or oversized items may attract 
  additional shipping charges

AGAINST ORDER ITEMS
- Special import items like turbine engines 
  are shipped directly from manufacturer
- Delivery time for such items is mentioned 
  on individual product pages
- Tracking details shared once dispatched

ORDER TRACKING
- Tracking number shared via WhatsApp 
  and email once order is dispatched
- You can track your order on the 
  courier partner website

- Aeromodellingtutor™ is not responsible 
  for delays caused by courier partners
- Delivery times are estimates only 
  and not guaranteed
- Risk of loss passes to customer once 
  order is handed to courier partner

FRAGILE AND HIGH VALUE ITEMS
- All large model aircraft are carefully 
  packed before dispatch
- If the outer package appears dented, 
  crushed, or damaged at the time of 
  delivery — open and inspect it 
  immediately in front of the 
  delivery person
- If damage is found — do not accept 
  the delivery and ask the delivery 
  person to mark it as damaged on 
  their system
- If damage is found after opening — 
  photograph the outer packaging and 
  damaged items immediately and 
  report to us within 24 hours
- Any transit damage must be reported 
  within 24 hours of delivery with 
  clear photographs
- Claims for transit damage are subject 
  to courier insurance policy
- Aeromodellingtutor™ will assist in 
  filing courier damage claims on 
  behalf of customer
