What makes this model particularly interesting is its exceptionally low bare airframe weight of approximately 1,080 grams. For a model with a 1600 mm wingspan, this is outstanding and gives the aircraft the potential for an exceptionally low wing loading.
The combination of high-quality plywood and balsa construction, meticulous finishing and the unique fluorescent colour scheme makes this aircraft stand out both on the ground and in the air.
The lightweight airframe also means that you don't necessarily need a large power system. It can be powered with a smaller Nitro/ petrol engine or appropriately sized electric motor, making it possible to build a very light and efficient aircraft.
